Minors

A minor is a set of courses taken in a specific area outside your major. Minors are a great way to complement your major or pursue another area of interest.

Remember:

1. You cannot officially declare a minor until you are accepted into your major; however, a student can begin the courses required for a minor at any time.
2. Two courses required for the minor can also be used to satisfy GEC objectives for your major.
3. You cannot complete a minor offered your department (i.e.: students in the College of Business and Economics cannot complete a Business Administration minor)
